I do not pretend to understand the technology involved, but it seems to me that the cellular internet rides upon the cellular network and it doesn't really matter. Both methods ride upon the cellular network. Anyway, this option is also adequate for me; there is a more condensed option as you saw. |

Nevertheless it bears the feeling of old technology or put a little differently of nondigital data transfer.
The other suggestion
בחיבור לרשת סלולרית
seems more exact or at least up to date but longer.
Its difficult for me to choose the appropriate translation since both have their apeal.
