Although there is not enough context to be sure, this appears to be a judge's decree sanctioning the parties prior stipulated judgment (rather than the parties' acceptance of a sentence handed down by a judge). A "stipulation to judgment" or "stipulated judgment" is a settlement between the parties "that becomes a court judgment when the judge sanctions it." (Blacks Law Dictionary, 7th ed.) In Spanish the judge's sanctioning of the parties' agreement is called "homologación del acuerdo," and a "stipulation to judgment" or "stipulated judgment" in Spanish is called an "acuerdo homologado judicialmente."

This process is explained in Article 415 of the Spanish Civil Procedure Act (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, Ley 1/2000):

"Artículo 415. Intento de conciliación o transacción. Sobreseimiento por desistimiento bilateral. Homologación y eficacia del acuerdo.

1. Comparecidas las partes, el tribunal declarará abierto el acto y comprobará si subsiste el litigio entre ellas.

Another definition/explanation of stipulated judgment: An agreement between the parties to a case that settles a case. For example, if two spouses agree on all the matters about their divorce, they can submit a stipulated judgment to the court. The stipulated judgment must be signed by both of the spouses, and will list their agreements about the division of property and debts, child, spousal or partner support, and child custody and visitation. Once the stipulated judgment is signed by the judge, it becomes the judgment in their case.
