I'd make it clear it's a "grande école"

You could also put "Graduate School of Electrical and Computer Engineering" (after the French)

It is a GRADUATE school and not just for electrical engineering though its name (in French) seems to imply that's all it is. That's why I think the English should be more general as "Graduate School of Engineering" OR "Graduate School of Electrical and Computer Engineering".
