Graved Salmon
It takes about three days for the “gravning” to kick in, so this is not fast-food. We recommend the simple; grave in just sugar and salt - nothing else.
Take two filets of salmon. Salt them; enough to almost cover the entire salmon and sprinkle it over it. Then take the sugar and sprinkle over so that it covers the entire salmon - on both sides. Put the sides together, with the skin outwards in a form and cover with plastic or foil.
Put it in the refrigerator for three days. Then slice it up and enjoy on piece of flatbread.

Gravlax
è un termine nordico che indica una marinata a base di sale, zucchero ed aneto. Usata soprattutto per il salmone che dopo la marinatura generalmente viene servito affettato sottilmente accompagnato da senape scandinava.
