US applicability question Jan 10, 2014

Does the trainer have specific education, training, and/or experience in US contract law? I see that her credentials are from other countries and involve other languages. Thank you.

Hello Sonya,

My undergraduate and law degrees are both from Canadian universities. The "Language of Contracts" course reviews the principles of contract law that are universally applicable, focusing, in particular, on the various clauses found in contracts, and their implications.

Thanks for your interest,

Suzanne Deliscar
