Is there a way to replace «nbs /» with U+00A0?

Only in the source of the sdlxliff file.

you can not replace tags in the bilingual file.

BUT... you can pre-edit your source file in order to see if you can format the text so you won’t get such tags

Alas, I’m not allowed to do so. No modifications to the XML can be made.
