I WONDER IF THIS POWWOW IN MODI'IN IS FOR TRANSLATORS LIKE ME. I'M A NATIVE PORTUGUESE SPEAKER {BRAZIL} AND LIVE IN ISRAEL SINCE 1970. SO I DO TRANSLATIONS FROM 5 LANGUAGES TO PORTUGUESE AND HEBREW.I HOPE SO!!

Of course the powwow is for people like you - we all are freelance translators, although not many can boast of your language range... Anyway, we will absolutely not talk ONLY about translation.

המפגש ייערך בשעה 8 בערב בבית הקפה "מירה'לה" שבמרכז הקבלנים במודיעין. בית הקפה נמצא מול העירייה, בצומת של עמק בית שאן ושדרות החשמונאים.

מפות מפורטות, להגעה הן מתחנת הרכבת והן ברכב, מהכניסה למודיעין, תישלחנה לכל אחד מכם בנפרד.

אנו נצטרך לדעת *בדיוק* כמה מכם מתכננים להגיע. בדוא"ל שאשלח לכל אחד/אחת מכם אבקש לדעת זאת.

Thanks to Keren for this great evening. It was so nice to meet all these people. Some of them I knew already, but it was nice to meet others.

Great start May 28, 2008

A most enjoyable evening. Good food and nice company. I s only sorry there was not a greater ability to move between tables, distinguish between agencies and freelancers, etc., though I know that was not the primary goal.

Look forward to meeting again.
